One last post. I saw this on another blog and think it's a great idea. She listed out her main goals with rewards for meeting them. Motivation and a way to keep myself accountable. If it's written down, especially on the internet, I can't take it back. So here goes nothing:
Goal 1: Lose 5 pounds
Reward 1: Tanning time
Goal 2: Run 3 miles outside comfortably and continuously
Reward 2: Manicure
Goal 3: Lose 10 pounds
Reward 3: Dogeared Make Waves necklace
Goal 4: Lose a full pant size
Reward 4: New jeans
Goal 5: Lose 15 pounds
Reward 5: Lily Dress
Goal 6: 100 consecutive workout days
Reward 8: PARTY
