One last post. I saw this on another blog and think it's a great idea. She listed out her main goals with rewards for meeting them. Motivation and a way to keep myself accountable. If it's written down, especially on the internet, I can't take it back. So here goes nothing:
Goal 1: Lose 5 pounds
Reward 1: Tanning time
Goal 2: Run 3 miles outside comfortably and continuously
Reward 2: Manicure
Goal 3: Lose 10 pounds
Reward 3: Dogeared Make Waves necklace
Goal 4: Lose a full pant size
Reward 4: New jeans
Goal 5: Lose 15 pounds
Reward 5: Lily Dress
Goal 6: 100 consecutive workout days
Reward 8: PARTY

Also, this is a link to a lecture Jillian Michaels gives. A tad long but amazing for anyone trying to shed that last bit of weight. She really does know what she's talking about.

Third Time's a Charm
So clearly I haven't been logging about my 100 day fitness plan. I've kept up with it mostly but not as strictly as I would have liked. The one thing about this that's nice though is, although I haven't stuck to it as well as I would have liked, it doesn't mean I have to give up. So here's my new commitment to myself: starting tomorrow (well I'm going to work out tonight but the official start date is tomorrow) I am committing myself to 100 days of consecutive exercise and healthy eating choices. I'm ready for that last bit of change. I keep getting mad at myself and frustrated and the only one holding me back is myself.
This past Friday, I was certified as a Zumba instructor. I'm using that as a new motivation to get super fit. Seriously, who wants someone out of shape to teach a fitness class, I know I certainly don't. Here's to a new summer, a new goal, and a new life.
