So I had some troubles last week and got sick again BUT tonight was the official start of my 100 day workout challenge! That means (including today) I will be working out in some way for 100 days straight-no break days. Each day I miss, adds two at the end. So I have to do something active every day, even if its a quick walk or crunches, just SOMETHING.
Today, I went for a swim and then walked/jogged in the water. I've been in and out of the gym all week but I'm glad to be back in for a serious commitment. Hopefully I'll stay on program.
